SWAN LAKE ROCKS MY SOCKS!!
yesand so i got to watch the royal ballet perform! accompanied by shanghai philharmonic orchestra. its very very inspiring to see roberta dance as odette. SHE DID 25 FOUETTES while dancing as odile. i counted. and i really like act 2, where all the swans appear. it is damn graceful. also nice costumes. WAh i can go on and on an on about how great the royal ballet is.. oh and it was quita a major disappointement when i realised alina was not performing for the show... heard from germ that she injured herself :(( wahh i very sad ley... but anyway Roberta Marquez did a great job too :)) and tama rojo is performing today. i really like her expression when she dances. nice can.WAHH i want to watch it again.. i bought 14 postcards at $15. but i dont mind. i gave it to germ. THANKS A BUNCH GERM I LOVE YOUU!!! xD now i know how to get their autographs already. wahaha. now waiting for nutcracker in december by sdt (aww, sosad. it aint royal ballet) and i saw ding laolao there. she sat in circle 1 too.. i think she was there to watch the shanghai philharmonic band. support her own country. lol. dont tell me she dances also. LOL.

oh. and on that day i went to wildwildwet with ballet ppl. fun la. the sun only came out in the afternoon :D thank God. oh and you guys must know i went in with medium flow menstruation. i tried forcing a dumb tampon into the hole, unfortunately it hurted so i just gave up -.- surprisingly no blood spotted. whoa. haha. and at least i got a tan line on my back. jianmin and ganpin's is damn obvious. tried samsung ride the second time with lihui. FUN! lol!

happy bday to hl milk at yb!! (yb, you will be getting it tmr.) the party was uhm, ok la. but you know they took a lot of effort to organise the party.. so.. karma for them! xD xp

todays class was a KILLER! ms kok made us do pratically ALL THE JUMPS. wahh. i think i dying . then did pointe work. i am jumping onto pointe again ARGH. but at least i think it was much better than last week. oh and my achilles tendons hurt when i go up ARGH! ouch man. hur. ive got a big problem.

oh schools starting tmr that is soo sad. man. no more going for 5 classes a week already, AHH. so sad.
sometimes i wish im in a ballet school. sadd.

very very random post.
wait, you must be thinking why this doesnt look like a random one :/ i was actually of writing one, but just a report i got the pERIOD YESTERDAY OMGG!! i went to bugis with sheryl and dorcas . not knowing that i had it ( didnt go toilet at all) then weent for ballet, to the toilet, my panties were stained YUK.my white op pants got stained too along with it. count 4 days. by 4 days my period should be getting light, but.. (what if suddenly you are taking a ride and yousee some mucussy blood red thingy floating around?? does chlorine remove these? i only know chlorine removes bacteria from your saliva and urine -.-)

screw it.

yesterday was funfunfun. me and noelle went into the studio first and we started prancing around, doing pirouttes and grande jetes. natt came in later. lol. we did pointe work. damn i keep jumping onto pointe when going into releve. what the.i dont wanna be superwoman in ballet class -_- lol.
did plenty, plenty and plenty of arabesque. she kept making us dothem again. im proud to say i have improved so much on my arabesque laa. (compared to last year. the back feet was like damn turn in. and my back was almost90degree aleady. pratically an ironing board.) ganpin and noelle and vic i recomment ddn. you should go and see their photos . ask natt. i saw this girl's arabesque en pointe man. it was like damn high? ) im so pathetic compared to them la. oh, and i really liked the grade 8's technique laa. they have really nice arch. and they can really turn out the back feet without hips up. heh. i can watch classes with amazement((:

after ballet i went to get treats for dad for dad's day. and didnt expect ganpin totake the same bus, lol. we just talkk laa. and i squeezed in - 6 ppl at the most backest seat of the bus. :P wahaha.

the performance was a success! uhm, well not so. on contemporary. lol.
veronica missed a note and we all were having troubles getting the dance together.. the first group went too too fast. but oh well i dont blame her..

so anyway tiday was the day i made more friends :))angelina jiajia and samantha is really nice. and jiajia's real good. she won the bast dancer in our group ;) she deserved it.. cheryl won best improvement.. jiajia and germ got teh scholarship, but didnt manage to win.. and i actually expected sherry to get it, but no.. :| ohh well.

anyway i think our group is fun. :D ms folley and ms sue rawk.

yes and i got autographs !!!! on my paper. lol. and credits to germaine who let us into the pic with ms folley :D

summer skool and the summersunshine..

so last friday we did ballet at? no, not the nice cosy studio. not even the big one.

guess what???

we did it .... at the corridor.
dont laugh. but anyway i am.
so ms kok was asking us to the back... then she said we will be having class there. i thought she was kidding us. yes. but no, she wasnt.
we did on flats first. barre work? hold the window. xD that was so funny. changed to pointe shoes later.

i still cant believe it. *laughs.

so yes. i have summer school this week.
the first day was really bad. i almost didn't like it at all. ballet class was diff (was supposed to be intermediates) but ok, so i was having a hard time catching up.

but yesterday was better. contemporary dance was fun xD there the line ' we discovered our body weight! so everyone was like lol-ing .
and on performance day we are gonna do the sleeping beauty! the part where aurora's friends were dancing.
ms follie showed us the ballet sleeping beauty. we were laughing. cus the music was like faster, but they did it very nicely, en pointe. it was funfunfun rehearsing. glissade jetes were brialliant (yes natt and lalabear, im an ADDICT!!) i finally know how to do them. lolx.

so im looking forward to todays class again..

saw mrs cross at kkh yesterday after my yearly appointment, yet again. saw her in a shop, buying booties and all those cute stuffs for her baby.
did another blood test by doc vera. i like her. shes so nice:)) she did a test reflex on my knees, measured the thyroid, and yah, the bloody test for T4 and TSH.. zz. she'll call me if the results are uhm, negative? yep.

my first pointe class ever!010605
today is fabbulous. we had our first ever pointe class!
breaking into the shoes were tough. and it soo hurted. youch. going onto demi pointe sucked man. you could see melanie and all our faces grimace in pain. pure, sheer torture. it hurts, but i dont care, because i think its one of the most beautiful things in the world. so me natt and noelle are going for extra pointe class on friday. :))
