Joyfully (:
You lead me by the waters still
You lay me down to rest upon your faithfulness
My shepherd, simply take my hand
Your song restores my soul
For Your name, You make me whole
Joyfully I lift my voice in praise to Thee
With heaven watching over me, I raise my hands up high
Your Majesty gently washes over me
Makes my heart begin to sing joyfully
No shadow ever shall I fear
Your peace, my heart will k now
My cup it overflows
Your goodness chases after me
Your mercy and Your grace will be my dwelling place
Joyfully I lift my voice in praise to Thee
With heaven watching over me I raise my hands up high
Your Majesty gently washes over me
Makes my heart begin to sing joyfully
I will sing from the mountain top
I will sing, I am overcome, I will sing making melodies
I will sing from the valley low
I will sing because of Your love I will sing
You're my King, I will sing
Joyfully I lift my voice in praise to Thee
With heaven watching over me I raise my hands up high
Your Majesty gently washes over me
Makes my heart begin to sing joyfully
Joyfully, joyfully, joyfully

PICTURE TIME (:
Spent my saturday afternoon alone at esplanade... the rooftop garden and library. I felt great being alone, and of course with God. Decided that i needed to get away from home because i was using too much lappy. the temptation to go online shopping is coming back, again (sigh sigh sigh) so yeh. when it rained i went down to the library, but after that the scenery and weather was great. was kind of distracted at the garden from reading Bible, i caught 2 grasshoppers mating, right beside me and this is the first time i ever got soo close to them (well well who would have thought esplanade's rooftop had such creatures. haha.)

and when i reached home, those brilliant colours around my house...

sheryl's cutesy band

during service today i kept thinking about my cousin jonathan... really pray that he'll overcome his addiction to computer, and love and understand God even deeper. May I be able to understand God's heart, and have compassion just like Him.
this was the lost generation vid which ps eugene demoed and which mr Ho sent to the ocip people. watching it made me just laugh. incredible. the person who made and said it must have such a strong conviction to change circumstances in today's world. So do I. We will be the generation the rises up to do God's will.

At G12 conf

workplace... that's alex and igne. igne is an indonesian chi medical student from uni of melbourne. she can speak 4 languages, jap indo chi eng.. she's attached at NUS for research and was from acjc, quit after 1st year to do A's in UK O.o people there are great, just that none of them are christians... amanda and nicole are nice people too (: even though some say they're weird... etc. i began to see things from God's perspective, thus i think we should NEVER judge a book by it's cover/what people say.

pcr machines... i think i can only do real-time pcr when alex gets back... by then i may be at my office job. thank God for this opportunity but i'm still not sure i should take it... highpaying (7 or more not sure) to fund my transport fares T-T
Application to medicine eis has been tough, so much struggles. i don't even know whther it was worth the time. i'm really thankful to ms su, biling, for the letter of noms and timon for helping me with my PS because i dont think it would have been so great without his help. Oh God i pray you'll take all these. I do believe what weilin has said after i told her about my dilemma. but in all things i know i will be safe in God's hands... thank you God :')

wah. i dont know where to start. this week is a totally overwhelming week. G12 conference from fri-sun was great. received a new heart, new spirit, new mind. Jesus blood is ON ME. i really thank God for Pastor Cesar, he is such an annointed man of God. and so is andrew the translator so cute heh) tbcontinued
results? well i PRAISE GOD for great results, even though everybody else says 'HUH why your GP like ...' but i am so greatful. i didnt even complete my AQ for paper 2. the rest is an absolute MIRACLE. seriously i never imagined myself doing so well (ok i did, but i guess i wouldnt believe it would be a reality.) i still remember, on friday itself i was kind of excited, not because i knew iwas gonna do well, but just excited for nothing. even serene was excited for me haha! i was, ok... so in the end i guess God was in the process of placing that joy within me. haha. sometimes i feel i was so undeserving of the results, for all the stupid things i did in jc... but God afterall loves me no matter what, so, i am glad and Proud of God, heh heh. YEH His blood has covered me, satan you are defeated!!!
All for love a Father gave
For only love could make a way
All for love the heavens cried
For love was crucified

Encounter weekend was, great :)I'm late, so sory :/ it's been a busy week since the wkend and i have yet to thank dear michelle, our guide for the camp...
I was supposed to accompany abi for enc, but in the end i too received so much. I believe God is doing a new work in my dear friend :) It's the first time i cried BUCKETSfull of tears, over 3 days. haha. more than 1 litre??? every session, i will never fail to drop a tear. I guess i have always been a very emotional person, crying at the slightest things... I dont know why i was feeling sad actually, throughout the encounter camp, but i really really learnt alot. and of course i'm thankful that God touched me. I'm sure He did. So i guess i was a spiritual baby after all, even though i am 2nd gen christian but leading an almost-any-other-religion life. BUT i am changed! His love, His faithfulness and goodness will hold me through. I will take every effort to live a spiritual christian life. That empty vacuum in my heart can only be filled be God. And oh, those spritual wars i've been fighting with the devil will be WON because the blood of Jesus has given me Victory :))) God is soo great. I seriously cannot imagine living life without God. Now i understand that those clothes, those shoes and whatever are totally unable to satisfy me. And oh, it was the first time i felt physical manifestation of the Holy Spirit!
But the session that impacted me most was 'seeing what Jesus has done for you on the cross'. i finally know that salvation is not just about having eternal life after physical death, but it starts now! soundness of mind (peace, restedness) and preservation, deliverance... is what God gives when one receives salvation. wow. Jesus is so great and awesome. I wished enc weekend was every week, but i'm quite motivated to set aside saturdays for God, like it need not be at home but esplanade rooftop or something, making it my enc weekend :)))) i want to know God morrrrrreeeeee
tomorrow's results day. This week has been a very peaceful week for me. I trust God in His decisions. His ways are higher than mine. And i actually cant believe how calm and rested i am compared to my dumb/pathetic/stupid O levels which is sooo not comparable to the As. haha stupid dumb me was just panicky (okkk maybe cus i wanted to get into tjc badly.) Jesus Christ is LORD. Even when i stumbled during work, i know He is with me even though sometimes i cant feel it. but at least when i did my results gel today I'm not very discouraged that some of the bands didnt come out. haha -_- but it's been tiring working (actually, it's the travelling) and juggling ballet + healthserve + other activities. i need a break (yay for friday, no work :D )
and i think i'm going jogging tmr on my own after results. i am getting FAT
