SAINTALLUME 2007oh my goodness it feels funny to be a saint. lol. had no time to get online. i heard they actually squeezed all the activities into 3 days cus this year, school starts on wed. (they actually had 4 days of orientation last year) so it was super tiring for everyone. even kp. haha. we were whining about how tired, want to sleeep blahblah... lol.
ok lets recount. attended the breakout 2007 countdown with my fellow church mateys :) you know, it feels GREAT to just celebrate occasions with the church cus' its like there is the feeling of the Holy spirit among us. it'll be a different story when we go to orchard countdowns, and blaa. feeling of happiness but yet emptiness. horrible. welcoming God into my 2007 life(;
and then, went out with ebi and jer for lunch at breeks. i think the pasta and the cheese there taste fab. totally. i need to go there again! (its not only affordable, but FILLING.) haha. great day with the couple.
and school started on wed, guess what i was like late for school!? the stoopid 966 took ages to arrive. waited for like 15 min plus! my heart was like beating and bopping ok. no saints in sight at the bus stop! (ok, one, but that didnt count.) kp was like waiting for me.. poor mosquitoes tried to bite her. haha. we walked the long way to the side gate, feeling super breathless. reached the CC to meet my OG21:) colleen is our OGL! for briefing, so many mnay ppl. sat beside this girl, who is my matey for now ( shy girl serene) so i kind of like turned my head and said hi, and we started talking. lol. cant remember what, went to hall (which is in fact a basketball hall where you see yaoming play his matches) wihtout a proper stage. intro, everybody all blur. then mixed aroud withthe other girls and guys.
note sajc has alot of pretty girls and handsome boys:p and its so funny.. i see lots of ppl whom are so familiar but i dont know who. like aaron tan who looks almost like kenrick! especially when he smiles.. it freaks me ok!? but he's from dunman high. haha. and jason our kingdom's leader so deja vu can. and geraldine looks EXACTLY like serene.. from 4e6.. just that she has short mushroom hair. hah.
principal talk, met mrs lim (one Hot principal:D and she reminded us that after orientation we still had to get down to serious work. and thanks yingsiang for that note too:) im taking bio chem maths and econs H1. i shall just leave it all to God.. actualy wanted to take geog but colleen and kp just changed my mind. colleen says its fun (om gosh!?) and kp says she doesnt want to be picking soil and studying them if we dont become docs (so true.) so yeh. maybe God's trying to speak to me through them. so i'll probably in the same class as kp (and aloysius and mabel) cus we're taking the same subject combi. met our civis tutor mr lim. he's v friendly and nice. haha.
then met with our tribe / kingdom. 5 diff kingdoms, Severdo, Amerillo, Iroxa,
Nermelha:), Terzula, which make up the SAINT. i love Nermelha ok!? its the best kingdom. cheers and enthusiasms are the best from the start. the leaders are awesome and great. learnt v funny cheers and really cool like ive never hear them before, v original. like this cheer:

HAHA. dang cool la. still got the merlion clap and others. went for lunch with one more new freind, audrey low from sng. shes cool :D after knowing her we talked as if we were like best friends! but unfortunately she left after the first day to acsI cus it was God's calling :( i was so sad ok! i really missed her on the second day.
and canteen food was cool, the drinks and snacks are 10 times better than prss stall. and sajc is soo cool they have like mass dance (twice.) learnt lindy hop and chori chori (know that indian song from achar!) haha! and the games after that was tiring. plus i was having an infection so i wasnt feeling v good. went home pooped.
second day was better. principal meets christian. felt so emo.. especially when she said no one is here by chance. im hearing alot of negative things about sa but i have no idea why he wants me here. i really want an environment where i can study. but it seems not:( still wondering why im not in tj. maybe i'll transfer out in second intake. i dont know.
the trial (games) were fun but unfortunately it rained halfway. so we sat in the canteen to talk. us girls were v noisy, getting to know ppl's names.boys were quiet as usual. haha. but i think the last day was better. izzat is a pure clown. lol. really bonded.
third day was ok. had chapel (and i was soo tired that i had half my eyes open when the chaplain was speaking. i dunno why but i dislike chapel! why? kind of like not used to it, and maybe high expectations from music like fcbc. ahh. il'd rather attend church service.
did cip by painted our candle holders with serene.turned out quite nice. and colleen picked it as the best one in our og:D good job serene! its gonna be sold, and proceeds go to salvation army.
then prepared for finale. wore our minnie mouse bows and lipstick on our faces cus we're RED. and you know what? nermelha's mascot is the BEST! haha. the tobasco was welldone by the other og's. V cool. in the end we won the best mascot. haha.
then they showed us a video of sa spirit in comepition. it was very cool (again) really made me want to cry. especially since sa's nice is rugby. yep.
the most craziest part of the day was the disco dancing and partying in the hall by a band, led by our mentor landy:) everyone was high, and i relly mean HIGH. they started running, jumping. the band was good . everything went crazy. and we demanded for chori chori and got our wish . lol. saints so united can for the first time! ended at 9pm
took a group photo and presented our watermelon and notebook to colleen . we love you colleen! you rock our socks :D
went dinner with og to plaza sing. sat outside ps in a circle talking. played the funny game with the box ( the girls are dying to know how to! please!?) nicole wouldnt tell. i really love my OG:) the ppl all have different personalities, but we are one:) we like to joke around.
